Common return questions

  • Return/ Exchange Policy - All of our domestic orders have a 15-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. That's fifteen (15) days from the time your package shows 'delivered'. We do not accept returns on opened or used merchandise. Due to heightened shipping costs, we are unable to accept international returns. 
  • Are returns free? Returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee. We do not refund shipping costs.
  • Why did you refuse my package? Obaa Beauty reserves the right to refuse any package for any reason once it has been returned. 
  • My products arrived damaged. - We want to know when this happens. Please do not discard any of the items, take photos and notify us within three (3) business days of your products being delivered. 
  • The color isn't the same as I saw online. - Obaa Beauty tries to accurately display and represent the colors of the products. However, the actual colors you see may depend on your monitor, screen resolution, undertones and more. 
  • I have purchased from one of your retailers and I would like to return the products, how do I do so? - We ask that if you purchased through one of our vendors, that you raise your concern with them. We abide by all of our vendor's return and exchange policies.
  • Failed Delivery? We are not responsible for re-shipping costs if the package is returned to our Order Fulfillment Center due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if you the customer refused to accept the package. Only a store credit for the refused items will be issued and we will reserve the right to deduct any related return charge imposed by the shipping carrier.

FAQs

  • I put in a wrong address, now what?- If you noticed that you placed an incorrect address on your order, please let us know immediately. We will need to cancel and refund your order so that you can place a new order with the correct shipping address. Note that if the order is in the processing queue or is preparing for dispatch, we cannot cancel the order. Please be aware that our business hours are 9AM- 5:30PM PST.
  • I placed an order by accident, now what? - To maintain a high standard for all our clients we work fast, we can attempt to cancel the order if you contact us immediately. Note that if the order is in the queue or has been fulfilled, we cannot cancel the order. Please be aware that our business hours are 9AM- 5:30PM PST.
  • I want to add an additional product to my order before it leaves your store. How do I do that? - In Obaa, everyone is compromised to work really fast as mentioned previously. Because of the speedy in which every order is processed, we can't stop from processing your products. Additionally, to protect you we do not keep card information on file. We understand cravings like no one else, and if ya gotta have it, simply place another order. 
  • What is the delay, it has been past three days for processing time? Please note that after a sale or special that the processing time can take anywhere from 48 to 72 additional business hours (for a total of five day processing time) before your product leaves our bakery. 

What is this extra fee and why am I being asked to pay for it?

  • Why? - Some countries charge additional fees when importing goods into the country. Obaa Beauty is not responsible for fees relating to importing goods to your country. If you have questions or concerns about these fees, please contact your country’s Customs office.
